Terry is a Mental Health Champion based in the UK, with a strong desire to change Mental Health narrative globally. With a first hand experience , he is dedicated to share his story to empower , share resources and champion for Mental Health globally. His passion has given him room to explore the challenges facing Mental Health in Kenya and desire to be a change-maker and a Mending Minds Foundation 
in the UK.
I have gained a greater awareness and understanding of Mental Health issues. I have also gained confidence within myself to recognise, empathise and provide support to individuals with mental health barriers.
In supporting others with Mental Health resources and techniques that have been effective, I am looking forward to a world of reduced Mental illnesses by creating Mental Health awareness and advocating for Mental Health.,
